Hi, I'm Nikki, and I'm so glad you're here.
My sourdough journey started during lockdown with a simple jar of starter from a friend. After a few flat, stubborn "learning" loaves, I finally pulled a golden, crackling boule from my home oven and was completely hooked.
But I quickly realized the real magic wasn't just the bread itself—it was sharing it. The conversations sparked over a sliced crust and the joy of handing a warm loaf to a friend showed me that this craft belongs in our everyday home kitchens, not just professional bakeries.
That’s why I created these workshops. Whether you’ve never touched a starter or you're chasing the perfect open crumb, there’s a place for you here to learn, bake, and share.
